Stripes Plus service USED TO BE excellent

Ordered the MLB baseball shirt that I needed in under a week. Order was confirmed with no shipping date. Hadn't received in a week, so ordered from another company. That shirt arrived in 3 days. Canceled the order with Stripes Plus, but they ignored the cancellation and shipped a week or two later. Now I have two of the same shirt. I kept it, but very poor communication nowadays.

The only thing that keeps this from a "5 star" rating is that it feels about a 1/4 size too snug. In the chest and shoulders, not the belly. Otherwise, I really like it.
