After searching between 3 different companies/stores within Texas to find items needed for my 1st year of being a Volleyball Official Referee, Stripes Plus was the most reasonable price. The quality of the embroidery of TASO on the front of the shirt & the United States flag on a sleeve were exceptional.
I had to call Stripes Plus because I hadn’t gotten my shirts & other items two days before my 1st games that I was going to officiate. The young man/male person that I spoke to was very pleasant & apologetic about me not receiving my items ordered yet. He explained that they had a huge order of shirts that needed to have the embroidery done. Therefore he mailed orders via USPS/Priority Mail (which I appreciated), but order/package was going to arrive the day of my officiating.
Because of this, I had to go and purchase an TASO Sm female shirt from the only local store. The price was almost $10 more, it was the last white Sm female shirt with TASO embroidered on the shirt but the flag was an “iron on”.
When I got home after officiating, my package had been delivered. The quality of the items ordered were excellent.
In the future, I will make sure to submit & purchase any Official/Referee items very far in advance so that I don’t have to spend additional money. I definitely recommend Stripes Plus to anyone who needs to purchase quality items to be able to officiate a sport in Texas!!!
