Great product, poor customer service

The item itself is good, the pads fit well and serve their purpose. Customer service on the other hand was not a very good experience. Order was placed on 1/21 and item received 2/9. The first package was “shipped” then the label was canceled so another order had to be shipped. We did experience some bad weather but the mail for the most part continues to run regardless so as a business you have to get your product to your customer. All in all not a good experience.
